1990-1997 several positions in operations at Calve consumer brand products factoy in Delft., including Operations Manager/deputy Managing Director.
1997 – 2006 developer, coordinator and implementer of Unilever’s TPM program for Unilever Foods Europe, 50 factories total. Many factories obtaining TPM Awards based on JIPM standards. Wide experience working with Japanese TPM professionals in Europe and Japan and TPM In Supply Chain with major packaging suppliers of Unilever.
2006- 2009 Senior Consultant/Program Manager,at Blom Consultancy building and leading a team of TPM / WCM professionals.
